[origin: EP2543802A2] The lock has lock latches (20, 20 ') slidably mounted between extended and retracted positions. Locking elements (22, 22') e.g. locking bolts and pivoting hooks, are held in an unlocked position by a retaining element that is provided in a retained position. The locking elements are held in the unlocked position by the lock latches provided in the retracted position. The locking elements are automatically adjusted from the unlocked position into a locked position when the lock latches are provided in the extended position and the retaining element is provided in the unlocked position. An independent claim is also included for a door.
