Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2543810A2] The assembly has a sill (3) comprising a profile with a flattened cross-section, and connection end fittings (12) associated with ends of the profile. Transverse faces (15) of frames (4) are assembled by welding on upper faces (17) of the end fittings, where the end fittings and the frames are made of injectable and weldable plastic i.e. PVC plastic. The transverse face of each frame or the upper face of each end fitting is provided with an end projection (30) so as to form a peripheral side rabbet (31) around the projection.
