Abstract (en)
The method involves carrying out compaction of a stripped end portion of a stranded cable by applying ultrasound and/or by resistance welding of the stripped end portion. A metallic bonding portion of the connector is assembled with the end portion of the stranded cable. A form-fitting and integral connection between the bonding portion of connector and the end portion of stranded cable is produced using pressure by magnetic forming process.

Verfahren zum Verbinden eines Steckers mit einem Litzenkabel mit folgenden Schritten, insbesondere folgendem Ablauf: - Kompaktierung eines abisolierten Endabschnitts eines Litzenkabels, - Fügen eines metallischen Verbindungsabschnitts des Steckers mit dem Endabschnitt des Litzenkabels und - Herstellung einer form- und stoffschlüssigen Verbindung zwischen dem Verbindungsabschnitt und dem Endabschnitt.
