Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2011109911A2] A data delivery system (1) comprises various delivery modules for the delivery of financial data to customer systems (2) via communication links. A first delivery module (13) obtains all financial data reports which have been received in a defined time period from a financial data report data base (HPS-DB) and provides them with delta data elements, which indicate data values which are altered with respect to a consolidated financial database (VSS-DB), and transmits them to the customer systems (2) in a data delivery which is provided for the first time period in question. By contrast, a second delivery module (14) provides up-to-date financial data reports with delta data elements within a respective narrow time frame relative to receiving said reports and provides them for transmission to the customer systems (2) in a second time period, which is substantially shorter in comparison with the first time period. As a result of the up-to-date financial data reports being provided with delta data elements within the respective narrow time frame relative to receiving them, the provision of the data delivery requires no further delta formation and it becomes possible to update customer systems (2) with altered financial information within a narrower time frame in comparison with the prior art.
