Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2011113649A1] A device for the wet cleaning of artificial lawns, with at least one running wheel, comprising a coupling (14) for connecting the device to a driving vehicle (60), and a housing (60), below which a cleaning area (20) is defined, at least one washing bar (30, 301) which is arranged parallel to the cleaning area (20) and has a high-pressure connection (34) on which flat jet nozzles (32) directed in the direction of travel (V) are arranged in such a manner that a discharging cleaning liquid forms a cleaning liquid curtain in the region of intersection with the cleaning area (20). A receiving ramp (40) for a mixture of the cleaning agent and impurities from the artificial lawn is arranged upstream of the impact region in the direction of travel and is inclined counter to the direction of travel (V). The device furthermore has a transport worm (52) for the mixture received, in which an extraction connection (52), at which a negative pressure can be generated, is arranged at at least one end. A sealing strip (22) surrounds the cleaning area (20) on the lower side of the housing (10).
