Abstract (en)
The method involves joining the bottom portion (10) with the side walls (11,12) of a multi-section box unit (1). The round-strikes (2a) of a reference material (2) are laminated on the mutually parallel boards (7',7'',7''') of the box unit. A cover material (3) is lined on the parallel boards (8,9) of the side walls (13,14). Two tabs (4.1,4.2) are protruded on the opposite edges of the cover material, and a wrap (3a) is formed on the remaining edges of the cover material. The side walls of the box unit are bonded with the tabs. An independent claim is included for box.

Die Schachtel (17, 21, 31, 41, 51) entsteht auf Basis eines mehrgliedrigen, kaschierten Schachtelteils (1), an dem zwei separate, ebenfalls kaschierte Seitenwände (13, 14) angeklebt werden. Das mehrgliedrige Schachtelteil (1) umfasst den Boden (10) sowie die zwei anderen Seitenwände (11, 12). Die beiden separaten, dritten und vierten Seitenwände (13, 14) werden über Laschen (4.1, 4.2) bündig oder leicht zurückstehend zu den Kanten des mehrgliedrigen Schachtelteils (1) angeklebt, wobei das mehrgliedrige Schachtelteil (1) quasi um die dritten und vierten Seitenwände (13, 14) herumgefaltet ist. Das Ergebnis ist eine formfeste Schachtel (17, 21, 31, 41, 51), in seiner einfachsten Form ein nach oben offener Kasten.
