Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2549032A1] The profile (1) has a visible face (2) and a contact face (3) to be positioned on a surface to be covered. A section describes a U-shaped cavity (4) provided with a bottom wall (5) and side walls (6, 7), where the cavity receives a covering element for covering the surface. Another section describes another U-shaped cavity (8) provided with a bottom wall (9) and side walls (10, 11), where one wall abuts against a surface perpendicular to the surface to be covered and the other wall is formed by the bottom wall of the former cavity. The finishing profile is made from different materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, zinc or other metal, polymer or resin, wood or optionally ceramic.
