Abstract (en)

[origin: EP2549114A1] Provided are impeller units 8d having disk-shaped support plates 8b, whose center of rotation is located in the center thereof, and a plurality of blades 8c extending in a rotation-axis direction and arranged along the outer peripheries of the support plates 8b, the support plates 8b supporting opposite ends of the blades; an impeller 8a formed of the multiple impeller units 8d that are fixed to each other in the rotation-axis direction; and a plurality of grooves 14 having a depressed shape that extend in the rotation-axis direction and are provided in a blade suction surface 13a serving as a back side in a rotational direction of each blade 8c. The grooves 14 are separated from each other by a predetermined distance such that a flat section M is provided between neighboring grooves 14.
