Abstract (en)

[origin: EP2549185A2] The device (1) has a drive unit (5) i.e. motor, for translatory movement of a lance (3) in a support part (2), where the lance is provided with a liquid distribution device (4). A liquid control system is provided with an inlet (7), a return unit (8) and a flow path, which starts from the inlet to the return unit for refrigeration of the device. Another liquid control system is provided with an inlet (11) and a flow path, which starts from the latter inlet toward the liquid distributing device. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a thermal power plant (2) a method for cleaning heating surfaces of a convective portion of a thermal power plant.
