[origin: DE102011107960B3] The ammunition (1) has a projectile body (2) which comprises a projectile casing (3), where a charge (5) is held to be exploded in the air. The projectile casing has a centrally disposed cylindrical block (4) with the charge in a central loading chamber (6). The cylindrical block is made of plastic, and has a pressure relief bore (8) extending from the loading chamber to the outer periphery of the cylindrical block.
