[origin: WO2011116855A1] Closable inspection opening (1) for dry construction, comprising a plate (3) which is provided with holes (2) and has an opening (4), and a cover (5) which is provided with holes (2) and is intended for covering the opening (4), wherein the plate (3) has an opening edge (6) bounding the opening (4), and the cover (5) has a cover edge (7). The inspection opening is characterized in that the holes (2) provided in the plate (3) and in the cover (5) are arranged in such a way that they are situated at a distance from the opening edge (6) and the cover edge (7).
