Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2551018A2] The system has an elongated discharge electrode (11) e.g. wire electrode, against an inner wall (29) of an exhaust duct (13), where the electrode is arranged electrically insulated in the exhaust duct. A magnetic element (31) is fixed to the discharge electrode, and another magnetic element (33) is fixed to the inner wall of the exhaust duct, where the latter magnetic element surrounds the former magnetic element, where the magnetic elements are arranged in a mutually repulsive manner. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for operating an electrostatic filter plant (2) a filter set for electrostatic filter plant (3) a method for assembling a filter set.
