Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2551408A1] The system (S1) has a support plate (20), in which a guiding through hole (32) is formed from a free upper side (21) to a base (U). The lower side is arranged to the base. A narrow bar (9) is formed at a free end face of a guide section (5) of an insulating sleeve (1), where the free end face is turned from a collar. The narrow bar is extended in an axial direction by the end face. The insulating sleeve is made from a nonconductive plastic. A spacer (20) is made from an iron or steel material.
