The element (10) has a base part (12), and an elastically-deformable damping element (16) combined with the structural element or the base part. The damping element is arranged between the base part and an upper part (14). A grating structure is distributed over a surface of the base part and the upper part, where ends of the damping element are designed as pins or sleeves. The base part and/or the upper part is made from plastic material. The damping element is made from elastically compressible material, and has a pencil-shaped or cylindrical body.
