[origin: EP2551427A2] The locking device (1) has an electronic locking system (3), and a rotary knob (12), which is blocked or released by the electronic locking system. A locking lever (14) is adjusted by a mechanical lock (7) between an opening and closing position. The mechanical lock is formed as a cylinder lock, and is arranged in the rotary knob. The mechanical lock is connected with the locking lever in rotary fixed manner. The electronic locking system has a microphone for biometric voice recognition.
