Abstract (en)
The method involves molding a mixture of polymer and elastomer in shape of a sword that is arranged with a part bent at top. A tip (2) comprising a conical form is fixed to the sword, and the tip and the sword are assembled by an attaching unit. The tip is attached to a body of the sword by bonding, welding or ultrasound welding or by utilizing adhesive of standard polyurethane. A plastic guard is arranged with a non-skidding notch. An independent claim is also included for a training and/or competition sword.

La présente invention s'adresse au domaine des activités sportives et plus particulièrement au domaine des sports de combat. Elle a précisément pour objet un sabre recourbé du type sabre japonais réalisé en matière plastique caractérisé en ce que la pointe (2) est formée d'un élément tronconique et une partie de recouvrement qui vient se fixer sur le corps du sabre (1) par collage, soudage ou par assemblage par les ultra-sons. L'invention concerne aussi un procédé de réalisation des sabres du type sabre japonais par moulage et assemblage de la pointe (2). Utilisation du sabre ainsi réalisé pour l'entrainement ou pour la pratique des arts martiaux.
