[origin: CN102905216A] A hearing apparatus, especially a hearing aid should be designed to be relatively small. A hearing apparatus has a housing (1), a receiver (20) in the housing, and a sound conductor (11) through which sound from the receiver is conducted out of the housing. In order to render the device as small as possible, the hearing apparatus has a cover piece (13) which is inserted into the housing in such a way that a sound channel (22) is formed. The sound channel is thereby delimited at the sides by the housing (10) and the cover piece (13). A special sound-conducting tube can therefore be dispensed with.
