Abstract (en)

Preparing olefins from liquid hydrocarbon-containing products (1) by thermal cracking, comprises separating a raw gas (3) generated during the thermal cracking from impurities and splitting the raw gas into individual components, preferably hydrocarbons; where: a maximum of 3% of hydrocarbons of the hydrocarbon product are unsaturated hydrocarbons; the raw gas comprises the components of ethylene and propylene; and in the process, before thermal cracking (2), unsaturated hydrocarbons, such as recycled 4C- and 5C-fractions are added to the liquid hydrocarbon-containing product.

Abstract (de)

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Olefinen aus einem flüssigen kohlenwasserstoffhaltigen Einsatz mittels thermischer Spaltung, wobei die Kohlenwasserstoffe des kohlenwasserstoffhaltigen Einsatzes zu maximal 3% ungesättigte Kohlenwasserstoffe sind, wobei das bei der thermischen Spaltung entstehende Rohgas von Verunreinigungen befreit wird, anschließend in die einzelnen Bestandteile, insbesondere Kohlenwasserstoffe, zerlegt wird und wobei das Rohgas die Bestandteile Ethylen und Propylen aufweist. Dabei werden dem flüssigen kohlenwasserstoffhaltigen Einsatz wie Naphta 1 ungesättigte Kohlenwasserstoffe vor der thermischen Spaltung 2 zugemischt, wie beispielsweise eine rückgeführte C 4 -Fraktion C4R und eine rückgeführte C 5-8 -Fraktion C5R.
