Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2557298A1] The device (110) has a housing (120) surrounding flow channel portions (126, 128, 130, 133) and movable relative to flaps (132, 134, 136, 137). An effective passage area of the flow channel portions is variable by relative displacement of the flaps relative to the housing. The adjacent flaps are made separately and coupled together by form closure geometries e.g. projections (164) and recesses (166), for joint movement of the flaps. One of the flaps comprises a flap shaft portion, and is rotatably supported at the housing with the flap shaft portion.
