Abstract (en)
The method involves forming a lever (9) of a set of pallets (3) using a material. An end of the set of pallets is arranged with a dart (15), and another end of the set of pallets is arranged with two arms (11, 13), where each arm receives pallet stones (10, 12). Another material is over-molded on the former end to form a pallets fork (17). The pallet stones are mounted, and a rod (14) is utilized for enabling the pallets to be rotatably mounted. The lever is formed by stamping process.

L'invention se rapporte à un procédé (31) de fabrication d'une ancre (3) pour un système d'échappement (1). Selon l'invention, le procédé (31) comporte les étapes suivantes : a) former (31) à l'aide d'un premier matériau le corps de l'ancre (3) dont une première extrémité comporte le dard (15) et une deuxième extrémité comporte deux bras (11, 13) destinés à recevoir chacun une palette (10, 12) ; b) surmouler (35) un deuxième matériau au niveau de ladite première extrémité afin de former une fourchette (17) ; c) ajuster (37, 39) lesdites palettes et une tige (14) afin de pouvoir monter l'ancre (3) à rotation. L'invention concerne le domaine des systèmes d'échappement pour pièce d'horlogerie.
