Abstract (en)

The method for spraying a component adhesive onto surfaces in two modes, is claimed, where: the adhesive is alone sprayed onto the surfaces in a first mode and is sprayed jointly with an accelerator component (8-12 wt.%) in a second mode; and the accelerator component is alone sprayed on the surfaces in a third mode. The spraying is switched between the first, second and third modes. An independent claim is included for a device for spraying a component adhesive onto surfaces.

Ein Verfahren zum Aufsprühen eines Ein-Komponenten-Klebers auf Oberflächen (21) bietet mindestens zwei Modi an, in welchen zum einen der Ein-Komponenten-Kleber allein und zum anderen ein Ein-Komponenten-Kleber zusammen mit einer Beschleunigerkomponente gesprüht wird. Eine Vorrichtung (1) zum Durchführen des Verfahrens ermöglicht ein einfaches Umschalten zwischen erstem und zweitem Modus. Die Vorrichtung (1) weist neben einer Sprüheinrichtung für den Ein-Komponenten-Kleber eine Zusatzsprüheinrichtung zum zusätzlichen Sprühen einer Beschleunigerkomponente auf.
