Abstract (en)
The method involves stretching a material web (5) by elevations and recesses of surfaces, and blowing a stretching roller (7) during the running of stretching process of dry ice particles (9) on the surfaces. The contamination and excess dry ice are extracted from a profile surface of the stretching roller. The dry ice particle is blown by a nozzle (8) on the surface. A partial flow of a carrier gas stream of the dry ice particle is conveyed from a container. An independent claim is included for a device for removing contamination from surfaces of interlocked stretching rollers.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Entfernung von Verschmutzungen auf Oberflächen ineinander greifender Streckwalzen (7). Die Oberflächen der Streckwalzen weisen zur Dehnung eines durch einen Walzenspalt zwischen den Streckwalzen (7) geführten elastischen Laminats (5) Erhöhungen (13) und Vertiefungen (14) auf. Das Laminat (5) wird im Walzenspalt quer zur Bahnrichtung verstreckt. Erfindungsgemäß werden während des laufenden Dehnprozesses Trockeneispartikel (9) auf die Oberfläche mindestens einer Streckwalze (7) geblasen, um diese zu säubern. Überschüssiges Trockeneis und die von der Walzenoberfläche gelösten Verschmutzungen werden abgesaugt.
