Abstract (en)

[origin: EP2559519A1] The method involves stretching a material web (5) by elevations and recesses of surfaces, and blowing a stretching roller (7) during the running of stretching process of dry ice particles (9) on the surfaces. The contamination and excess dry ice are extracted from a profile surface of the stretching roller. The dry ice particle is blown by a nozzle (8) on the surface. A partial flow of a carrier gas stream of the dry ice particle is conveyed from a container. An independent claim is included for a device for removing contamination from surfaces of interlocked stretching rollers.
