[origin: WO2011131893A1] The invention relates to a container (1) made of thermoplastic material obtained by blowing or drawing and blowing a blank, said container including a petaloid base (3) provided with projecting feet (4), separated by hollow valleys (8) which extend radially from a central area (5) of the base (3), each foot (4) having two flanks (9) that each laterally border a valley (8). Each foot (4) is provided, on each one of the flanks (9) thereof, with a flange (18) that projects laterally from the side of the valley (8).
