[origin: WO2011131856A1] The harmonica (1), according to the invention, comprises a comb (2) or back plate holding at least one blade holder (3, 4) on which sound blades and a peripheral shell enabling the harmonica to be gripped are mounted, said shell comprising at least one cover (5, 5). Each blade holder (3, 4) that the harmonica comprises is sandwiched between the bearing surface in question of the comb (2) and the corresponding cover (5, 5) by a pressure means (8) that tends to urge said cover (5) toward the comb (2) and that is installed between the mouthpiece surface (7) of the instrument and the bearing tabs (51) located on the mouth (6) side of the instrument.
