Abstract (en)
The film (1) has a longitudinal sealing zone (8) located on a side of the film in a region that does not contact a packed product. The sealing zone forms an original closure for a package. A functional coating (10) is located on the film in a region (7) that contacts the product, where the functional coating is formed in a position-specific or position-independent manner. The functional coating is formed as a reclosure coating using a synthetic cold sealing medium such that the reclosure of the package is ensured. The synthetic cold sealing medium does not cause allergy and is able to have direct-contact with food product. An independent claim is also included for a packaging film manufacturing apparatus.

Verpackungsfolie (1) für eine Herstellung einer Verpackung (11), insbesondere einer Flow-Wrap-Verpackung, wobei die Verpackungsfolie (1) eine zu einem zu verpackenden Produkt hinweisende erste Seite aufweist, wobei auf der ersten Seite eine erste Siegelzone in einem nicht für einen Produktkontakt bestimmten Bereich auf der Verpackungsfolie (11) lokalisiert ist, wobei die erste Siegelzone zum Herstellen eines Originalverschlusses besagter Verpackung (11) dient, und wobei die erste Seite eine Funktionsbeschichtung (10) aufweist, die in einem zum Produktkontakt bestimmten Bereich lokalisiert ist, wobei die Funktionsbeschichtung (10) positionsspezifisch oder positionsunabhängig ausgebildet ist und eine Wiederverschluss-Beschichtung ist, wobei die Wiederverschluss-Beschichtung unter Verwendung einer synthetischen Kaltsiegelmasse realisiert ist, die insbesondere Allergenfrei und für den direkten Lebensmittelkontakt freigegeben ist und einen Widerverschluss der Verpackung gewährleistet.
