Abstract (en)

In a call registration device by use of which an elevator passenger performs call registration by voice in a car, it is possible to appropriately make the notification of passengers about call registration by a simple and inexpensive configuration and furthermore, it becomes possible to prevent calls from being wrongly registered due to noises generated by the notification and door opening and closing actions. This call registration device includes a voice input device for inputting voices, a voice recognition device which identifies a destination floor of a passenger by prescribed voice recognition processing, a call control section which performs call registration, and a voice output device which provides voice guidance from a notification unit provided in a car. The voice outputs device causes a prescribed first guidance to be provided from the notification unit when a car stops at a hall and a door is opened fully. The voice recognition device starts voice recognition processing after the first guidance is provided from the notification unit, and finishes voice recognition processing before the opening and closing actions of the door are started.
