[origin: EP2562325A1] The thermal insulation system has multiple heat insulating panels (7) forming a composite surface, and are mounted on an outer wall of a building (1) by bonding and anchoring. Anchor plates (5) are connected to connecting strips (10) in or on the insulating panels. The insulating panels have folding levels rotating at the joint edges that are anchoring each folding level in graded tapered section. The graded tapered section is covered by the next insulating panel anchoring element and the outwardly facing fold levels of the element. An independent claim is included for a control system anchors for fixing of insulation boards of thermal insulation system with a plastic anchor or a steel anchor.
