Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2562326A1] The device (1) has an eye-shaped binder element (40) that is arranged at a free end of a tension lever (26). The tension lever is suspended in a receiving part (42) that is detachably connected with a guide part (22) such that the binder element is rotated in a released state for fine adjustment of a screw (32). The screw is locked with a pressure part (12) that is connected with another guide part (20). A retaining part (44) is connected with the latter guide part for variable distance adjustments.
