Abstract (en)
The device (10) has a fixed contact element (11) and a movable contact element (12) occupying closing and opening positions. An electrodynamic compensation element maintains the contact elements in the closing position during appearance of short circuit current. The contact elements are shaped according to two juxtaposed turns arranged opposite to each other in the opening position. Each turn is made of magnetic and current conducting material to form single part acting as a power contact, a magnetic induction field generating coil, a magnetic reinforcing circuit and a magnetic field drain.

Dispositif de contact de puissance comprenant des contacts résistant à un courant de court-circuit. Il comporte deux éléments de contact fixe (11) et mobile (12), lesquels sont conformés selon deux spires juxtaposées disposées en regard l'une de l'autre en position d'ouverture. Chaque spire est réalisée en un matériau à la fois magnétique et conducteur du courant pour constituer une seule pièce jouant le rôle de contact de puissance, de bobine génératrice d'un champ d'induction magnétique, et de circuit magnétique de renforcement et de canalisation dudit champ magnétique. Applications : inverseurs, contacteurs, interrupteurs de puissance.
