[origin: WO2011133993A1] The invention relates to a method and system for balancing forces or torques in a point-hoist system or flybar system or coupled point-hoist and flybar system having a plurality of actuators (30) for moving an object (6) hanging on ropes, wherein the following elements are provided: a sensor (18) associated with each actuator (30) for determining the force or the torque of each actuator (30) during the motion of the object (6) to be transported, a fixing device for fixing at least two actuators, the respective determined values of the force or the torque of which are defined as reference variables, an additional open- or closed-loop control device (16) for controlling the force or the torque of at least one actuator different from the actuators used to define the reference variables in approximation of one of the reference variables in an open- or closed-loop manner. Thus it is possible, in particular, to avoid overloading individual actuators or motors (30) during the motion of an object (6) hanging on ropes.
