[origin: WO2011135260A2] This highway device has a frame (4) that delimits an opening (8), a buffer (6) that has a covering sheet (14) extending along a sheet plane (PV-PV), a first hinge provided with a first cam (24) and a first cam follower (26) which are designed to guide the buffer between a released open position and a closed position, and securing means that prevent the buffer from lifting, in the closed position, in a direction perpendicular to the sheet plane. The securing means have a first securing member (34) and a first counterpart securing member (36). The highway device has a first support bracket (42) attached to the frame (4) and bearing the first cam (24) and the first securing member (34). Application to telecommunications access hatches.
