Abstract (en)
The insole has a lower side applied at a shoe. An upper side forms a contact surface for a foot. A front region supports a front foot. A trough (20) is provided between the front region and a rear region, and forms a rear ramp for the rear region. The ramp bridges a height difference from a base (19) of the trough to a plateau of the rear region of between 3 cm and 3.5 cm for a shoe sizes upto 44, and between 3.3 cm and 4.5 cm for a shoe size starting from 44. The ramp is coated with a resilient and reversible resettable cushion material. The shoe has a front region with an upper material formed from a visco elastic foam. An independent claim is also included for a shoe.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Schuhwerk, welches eine möglichst schonende Abstützung des Fußes erlaubt, und schlägt eine Einlegesohle (1) mit einer an einen Schuh (40) anlegbaren Unterseite (13) und einer eine Anlagefläche für den Fuß bildenden Oberseite (2) mit einem den Vorderfuß abstützenden vorderen Bereich (3) und einem hinteren Bereich (4) vor, bei der eine zwischen dem vorderen und dem hinteren Bereich (3; 4) vorgesehene Mulde (20), die zu dem hinteren Bereich eine hintere Rampe (16) ausbildet, die einen Höhenunterschied (”H) von einem Grund (19) der Mulde (20) zu einem Plateau (24) des hinteren Bereiches (4) von zwischen 3 cm und 3,5 cm bei Schuhgrößen bis 44 und von zwischen 3,3 cm und 4,5 cm bei Schuhgrößen ab 44 überbrückt und mit einem elastischen und reversibel rückstellbaren Polstermaterial (5) belegt ist.
