Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2564710A1] The insole has a lower side applied at a shoe. An upper side forms a contact surface for a foot. A front region supports a front foot. A trough (20) is provided between the front region and a rear region, and forms a rear ramp for the rear region. The ramp bridges a height difference from a base (19) of the trough to a plateau of the rear region of between 3 cm and 3.5 cm for a shoe sizes upto 44, and between 3.3 cm and 4.5 cm for a shoe size starting from 44. The ramp is coated with a resilient and reversible resettable cushion material. The shoe has a front region with an upper material formed from a visco elastic foam. An independent claim is also included for a shoe.
