Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2564998A1] The method involves supplying food products (3) to a cutting plane (11) in two parallel tracks (9-1-9-4) of a cutting device (1), and cutting the products by a cutting knife, where slices of the products separated from the knife fall on movable delivery tables (17, 19). The product supplied in the track attached to the tables is cut at each time such that maximum slice of straightly cut product impinges on the tables at each time. The tables are moved relative to the falling slices such that partial portions of the products are arranged in a determined position pattern on the tables. An independent claim is also included for a device i.e. high speed-slicer, for multi-track slicing of food products into partial portions.
