Abstract (en)
The device has a cut-off module (3) including two fixed contacts (4) and a moving contact (5) coupled with an actuator mechanism. The fixed and moving contacts are arranged according to an architecture forming a current loop having an omega shape with respect to a centerline (A). The moving contact is arranged to move inside the current loop in a direction of displacement forces (Fd) that is identical to a direction of compensation forces (Fc), where the directions of the compensation forces and the displacement forces of the moving contact are merged at the centerline of the current loop.

La présente invention concerne un appareil de coupure électrique (1) à haute tenue électrodynamique dans lequel les contacts fixes (4) et le contact mobile (5) sont disposés selon une architecture formant une boucle de courant de sorte que les forces électromagnétiques dites de Laplace, appelées efforts de compensation (Fc), générées par la circulation du courant I dans ladite boucle de courant sont orientées dans une direction allant de l'intérieur vers l'extérieur de la boucle de courant, et dans lequel ledit mécanisme d'actionnement (6) est agencé pour déplacer ledit contact mobile (5) à l'intérieur de ladite boucle de courant, de sa position déclenchée à sa position enclenchée dans une direction (Fd) qui est identique à la direction desdits efforts de compensation (Fc).
