In order to ensure extensive availability of the technical communication bus even in case of fire, the track based vehicle according to the invention is implemented such that the technical communication bus comprises two transmission lines (50, 60) extending along the cars (10, 20, 30, 40), the two transmission lines (50, 60) are electrically interconnected by means of a control unit (70), and the control unit (70) is designed to autonomously electrically separate the transmission lines (50, 60) in case of a fire.
