Abstract (en)
The device has a rotary annular corrugation head (1) that is coupled radially with an annular projecting weller disc (2) and is provided by a corrugator head holder (5). The rotary annular corrugation head is driven around a metal pipe (3), by an electric motor (M1). An adjustment mechanism (6) is arranged in the corrugator head holder so as to adjust the weller disc in radial direction with respect to the rotary annular corrugation head.

Es wird eine Vorrichtung zum Wellen eines aus Metall bestehenden Rohres (3) angegeben, das als Fertigprodukt eine quer zu seiner Längsrichtung verlaufende Wellung hat. Die Vorrichtung weist einen von einem ersten Elektromotor (M1) antreibbaren und in Arbeitsposition um seine Achse (A) drehbaren, ringförmigen Wellerkopf (1) auf, mit dem eine radial nach innen von demselben abstehende, ringförmige Wellerscheibe (2) gekoppelt ist, die im Wellerkopf in radialer Richtung verstellbar angebracht ist. Im Bereich des Wellerkopfes (1) ist eine ebenfalls um dessen Achse (A) drehbare, mit dem Wellerkopf gekoppelte Halterung (5) angeordnet, an der ein auf die Wellerscheibe (2) einwirkender, zu deren radialer Verstellung dienender und durch die Halterung (5,9) einstellbarer Verstellmechanismus (6) angebracht ist.
