Abstract (en)

The method involves arranging strip-shaped adhesive sections (33, 34) at respective sheets (3) or folding edges of sheets, and connecting the sheets with one another. A perforated pattern (35) is formed in a part of the sheets or in bundles of the sheets in an area of the adhesive sections by using a contactless punching or cutting process. The perforated sheets are stacked one above the other to form a stack such that the edges form a spine. An adhesive medium is applied on the spine for connecting the adhesive sections with one another in a firmly-bonded manner. An independent claim is also included for a device for binding internal book or booklet of sheets.
