[origin: EP2568076A1] The laundry drying apparatus has a removable collecting container (3) with a liquid reservoir (33) for collecting liquid. An integrated communication channel (1) of the container is arranged along a longitudinal axis (L) of a tubular portion (4) of the collecting container. A retaining chamber (2) and communication channel are hydraulically sealed by a valve (7). The retaining chamber and the removable collecting container are hydraulically sealed by a valve (7') in the state at which the container is inserted into apparatus over the channel.
