Abstract (en)
The butterfly valve device (2) has housing (4) whose interior is formed with a through-flow fluid channel (6). The cross-section of the through-flow fluid channel through a flap portion is determined. The flap portion is located on a flap shaft and is supported and rotated in the housing at a bearing point. A position unit (10) is provided for driving the flap shaft and for providing a limited number of positions for the flap portion.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Drosselklappenvorrichtung für einen Verbrennungsmotor in einem Hybridantriebsstrang eines Kraftfahrzeuges, insbesondere für einen Range-Extender, mit einem Gehäuse (4), in dessen Inneren ein durchströmter Fluidkanal (6) ausgebildet ist, mit einem Klappenkörper (18), der den durchströmbaren Querschnitt des Kanals (6) bestimmt, mit einer Klappenwelle (16), auf der der Klappenkörper (18) angeordnet ist und die drehbar im Gehäuse (4) an mindestens einer Lagerstelle gelagert ist, mit einer Stelleinheit (10), die die Klappenwelle (16) antreibt, wobei die Stelleinheit (10) eine begrenzte Anzahl von Stellpositionen für den Klappenkörper (18) vorsieht.
