The foam body (5) has a first panel (11) which is embedded in the foam body (5) on the upper face (7) of the foam body (5) and which extends over the midfoot region (3) and the heel region (4) and has a convex thickened section (13) toward the lower face (6) in the midfoot region (3). A second panel (15), which is arranged opposite of the convex thickened section (13), is embedded in the foam body (5) on the lower face (16) of the foam body (5). The second panel (15) has a rolling surface (17) for the convex thickened section (13) of the first panel (11), wherein the convex thickened section (13) of the first panel (11) is seated against the rolling surface (17) of the second panel (15) so as to form a pivot for the first panel (11).
