[origin: WO2011113678A2] The invention relates to a method for producing a decorative plate made of a plate for displaying images or graphical data. According to the method, the carrier plate is first laminated with a plastic film on one side or both sides. The laminated carrier plate is fed into a printer and the plate is printed with images or graphical patterns, wherein the ink is cured by means of UV radiation. The finished printed plate is subsequently fed out of the printer and intermediately stored in flat shelves for further processing. The printed carrier plate is then coated with one or more layers of UV-curable paint.
