[origin: WO2011141529A1] The invention relates to a holographic live presentation system, comprising: - a recording studio unit (100), having a camera (110) and a video encoder (106) for generating a digital transmission signal from the signal of the camera (110) and - at least one conference room unit (200), having at least one video decoder (206) for converting the digital transmission signal into a transmission signal suitable for a projection device (210), and further having a holographic projection device (210), which comprises at least one image projector (211) and a transparent reflection medium (212) that is arranged obliquely to the viewing plane of an onlooker in the conference unit (200; 200'; 200''). The recording studio unit (100, 400) is provided with a network controller (105) for transmitting and/or receiving the digital transmission signal via an external remote data transmission line (301, 303). The conference room unit (200) is provided with a network controller (205) for receiving and/or transmitting the digital transmission signal via the external remote data transmission line (301, 303). At least two data channels are present, either together in one line or in a bundle comprising a plurality of lines. Via at least one control line (302, 303), the network controllers (105, 205) are connected to each other and additionally to a network control unit (325). A switching unit that can be actuated by means of the network control unit (325) is provided on each network controller (105, 205) for switching between the data channels.
