[origin: WO2011141663A1] The invention relates to a method of transferring an incoming call (APE), intended for a fixed communication terminal (TF), attached to a local network, to a mobile communication terminal (TM1, TM2) attached to a mobile network. Such a method comprises the following steps, in the local network: detection (C3) of the presence of mobile communication terminals (TM1, TM2); in the case where no mobile communication terminal is present in the local network: comparison (C5a, C5b, C5c) between, on the one hand, the data of the incoming call, and, on the other hand, the call data associated with said mobile communication terminals and previously recorded in the local network; selection (C6a, C6b, C6c) of a favoured mobile communication terminal (TM1, TM2) according to a criterion of similitude between the call data associated with the latter terminal and the data of the incoming call; ordering (C7a-C9a, C7b-C9b, C7c-C9c) of transfer of said incoming call to the selected favoured mobile communication terminal.
