[origin: EP2570052A1] The foldable plate (2) has separate plate sections (2a,2b) each having front side sections (4a,4b) and rear side sections (6a,6b). The plate sections are pivoted by a hinge element (8) which is used as an adhesive tape. The hinge element is arranged on the rear side sections of the plate sections. A joining element (14) is arranged between rear side sections of adjacent plate sections. A recess (15) is formed in joining element arranged along rear side sections of plate sections facing the edges.
