Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2572828A1] The wheeled structure has a trolley provided with an upper platform forming a service platform. A long arm tool support device (4) is positioned and centered on a pole connected to service platform. A tilt device (D) is arranged with a base secured to service platform. A base is provided with a rear heel for accommodation and articulation of a toggle lever. An upper portion of pole (5) is arranged to accommodate a guide pin (12) engaging with upper end portion of toggle lever. The pole is arranged to accommodate a column for accommodation of the long arm tool support device.
