Abstract (en)
The machine (1) has a sealing tool i.e. sealing station (2), comprising an upper tool and a lower tool in order to seal a cover film (3) on a tray that is conveyed into the sealing tool in a production direction (P). The upper tool is movable from the machine from an upper working position into a position, and pivotable around 45 degrees preferably around 90 degrees in the position for maintenance or cleaning purposes. A clamping device is provided at an end of a rail in order to lock the upper tool or the lower tool in a swiveled position.

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Schalenverschließmaschine (1) mit einem Oberwerkzeug (10), das zu Wartungs- oder Reinigungszwecken von einer Arbeitsposition in eine zweite Position seitlich aus der Schalenverschließmaschine (1) heraus bewegbar ist, wobei das Oberwerkzeug (10) in der zweiten Position zusätzlich schwenkbar ist, um die Zugänglichkeit bei einer Reinigung zu verbessern.
