Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2573308A2] The rail has a rail section (28) comprising vertical webs. Projection parts are adapted to support the rail on a ground sill (2) and outwardly protruded from the rail section. A sealing unit or profile is provided in one of the projection parts, and lower side of the unit or profile is projected outwardly in a direction to the ground sill and downwards projected over the projection parts in an unobstructed state. The sealing unit or profile is compressed upto a level at the lower side of the projection parts in a blocked state. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for mounting a running rail part and a sliding wing (2) a running rail section.
