Abstract (en)
The earpiece has two transducer housings (41, 42) and a flexible headband that connects the housings, where the headband is pre-formed in such a manner that the band is wounded in its relaxed, unworn state and has a winding. The band has two sections (43c, 43d), where one section is extended parallel to a head section of a wearer and the other section is adjusted to a crossover between the head and a back head and has a bend. The radius of the bend of the latter section and the radius of the bend of the cross over area depend on the size of the head of the wearer. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) an ear adjusting ring (2) a volume control unit for an earpiece (3) a storage box for an earpiece (4) a storage bag for an earpiece.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Lautstärkeregiereinheit für einen Hörer, mit einem ersten Hohlkörper (1) und einem zweiten Körper (2), welcher von dem Hohlkörper (1) aufgenommen werden kann, wobei eine Potentiometereinheit (6) in dem inneren Körper (2) derart angeordnet ist, dass durch eine relative Bewegung zwischen dem ersten Hohlkörper (1) und dem zweiten Körper (2) die Einstellung der Potentiometereinheit variiert wird.
